Leadership Message

Haycarb recorded a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 5.89 Bn for the year ended 31st March 2026, reflecting a 7% increase over the previous year's Rs. 5.52 Bn despite operating in a challenging global environment. Revenue grew significantly to Rs. 67.08 Bn from Rs. 43.20 Bn in the previous year, driven by strong demand, strategic pricing initiatives, and operational excellence. Tax expense increased to Rs. 1.55 Bn, resulting in an effective tax rate of 26.3% compared to 22.6% in the previous year. Consequently, Profit After Tax (PAT) improved marginally to Rs. 4.34 Bn from Rs. 4.27 Bn in 2024/25. In USD terms, Profit After Tax amounted to USD 14.22 Mn.
